Below are the most frequently asked questions that the Hawk FX team have been asked by our Business Clients.

At Hawk FX, we work to fully understand your requirements, and we tailor a programme to help you manage your risks in a way that suits your needs. 

We do not charge for the work we put into your hedging strategy.  We use technology to keep our costs down, which we pass on to our clients.

Once you have an account open with us, we will review your requirements and set up an arrangement which works for you.

We are able to offer a wide range of solutions, from immediate currency conversions, to fixed or flexible rates for longer periods.  We are also able to help you manage your requirements using orders, and managed strategies.  Essentially, we have access to all the tools to enable us to help you manage your requirements. 

On our online system, we show the status of your payments, and at the time of trading, or entering a payment, we will show you when your payment will arrive with the beneficiary.

Through our online platform, you will receive notifications at each stage of the payment journey, once we receive your funds, and once the payment has been made to your beneficiary.
